Every piece is made and engraved after you order. We'll email you as soon as your order ships, with tracking.
Personalized items
Because each piece is engraved with your design, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please double-check spelling and dates in the designer before checking out.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, or we made a mistake with your engraving, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
